Our Collaboration with St. John Hospital
Prairie House is built on a beautiful 40-acre campus by the main entrance of St. John Broken Arrow. The 73 assisted living and 32 memory care residences of the two-story Prairie House is situated in a beautiful, neighborhood-style setting, featuring an interior courtyard and generous green space.
Prairie House Assisted Living and Memory Care is the only senior living community developed in collaboration with St. John Broken Arrow giving residents access to health and wellness services and close proximity to acute care should it be necessary.
The assisted living and memory care available at Prairie House is complemented by sharing clinical services, such as a priority emphasis on wellness, therapy programs, and making exam space available in the community.
